Blackbox Jewellers

A poor experience. Salesman clumsy with my prospective delicate earrings, dropping them more than once & manhandling when shoving them into a box. Visited the store the day before & asked the assistant to put them by till next morning as it was the last pair. She cheerfully agreed & I gave her my name. I returned 1st thing the next day to find them still on display. I would have preferred to have been told that they don't put aside rather than risk driving long distance again to find them having been sold! Very disingenuous.

Nash, thank you for belittling me last week. I asked you a few questions to return the jewellery I paid over $4000 and you got upset very quickly and did not want to accept the return. You should take a course in providing proper customer service to your customers, using proper language. You are rude and don't know how to act ethically. I do not recommend your store to anyone! BUYER BEWARE!!

I love the jewellries from my Jewellery. They are durable and a great value for your money. Not forgetting, they are non tarnish Jewellery. This is my genuine opinion and I wasn’t paid to write this review. I recommend my Blackbox Jewellers for all Jewellery lovers!

I just wanted to say that I am very pleased with the ring. I am waiting to give it to my daughter for their ring ceremony so she hasn't seen it, but I know that she will be pleased also. It will be something she will be able to wear forever instead of a class ring that she may wear just a few times. Thanks again

I travelled to Perth from the country and needed my ring fixed and cleaned while in town. I dropped it off Sunday to pick up Tuesday, but they were so efficient they had it done and ready for pick up Monday.Not many jeweller stores have in-store jewellers anymore, so I was relieved to find them, and very happy with their work!

Shopped here based on friends good feedback - just hope that nothing goes wrong I guess?Poor communication both in store and by head office, who doesn't have a phone number (and only replies to your initial email then ignores you).Only saving grace was a lovely lady who, when I told her what happened, actually attemped to resolve the situation.Manager is zero help, no problem solving or customer service skills, and the bloke that answers the phone is at best, lazy; at worst, willfully lying to customers to hide mistakes made by the store/manafacturers - (or who even knows, because I was told 3 different stories about the same ring order).This ordeal cost me a not insignificant amount of money, and a whole lot of time and stress. Would suggest that some staff training on communication would go a long way.50% deposit was ridiculous - but I guess I'm the fool for not cluing in then that I was in for a bad time
